„Vibe Zimmer mit eigenem Mini-Pool

Strand, Pool, Lobby und Gärten einfach wunderschön! Sehr relaxte Atmosphäre mit sehr internationalen Gästen. Das Essen hat auch gepasst. Man isst sehr angenehm im Freien - typisch tropisches Urlaubsfeeling. Für Urlauber zwischen 20 - 55 sehr geeignet.

Badezimmer war nicht so gut in Schuss, und manchmal komischer Geruch vom Abfluss in der Dusche. Da müssten einfach mal die Rohre durch geputzt werden von einem Rohrreiniger.

„Sofern man nicht zu viele Ansprüche stellt war es absolut OK. Werden trotzdem wiederkommen.

Traumhafte Lage, Wunderschöner gepflegter Strand, exzellente Küche und Buffetauswahl. Sehr Freundliches, Aufmerksames und Hilfreiches Personal.

Zimmer waren enttäuschend, Balkontür konnte nicht geschlossen werden (wurde jedoch noch am selben Tag/Abend repariert), teilweise haben die Zimmerlampen nicht funktioniert, Schimmelbildung im Badezimmer. Mussten daher das Zimmer tauschen was leider erst am nächsten Tag zur Verfügung gestellt wurde.

Viele wackelige Tische im Essbereich. Das Personal war beim Nachfüllen der Getränke und beim Abräumen des benutzten Geschirrs etwas nachlässig.

sehr schöne Anlage direkt am Strand, überall sehr sauber, auch die Zimmer mit dem Whirlpool sehr sauber und angenehm

das Essen und die Getränke sind von minderer Qualität, Speisesaal offen ohne Ventilatoren, so dass unter der Kuppe eine Narren Hitze entsteht, viel zu viele Strom Ausfälle und kein funktionierender Dieselgenrator, für so einen Ressort nicht tolerierbar

Wonderful

Beautiful beach, good waves and inventory for watersports, good coctails, very good buffet, fresh and tasty pineapples

First few rooms were very damp (sheets wet from humidity). Last room had no working a/c and was +27, but at least not damp. It takes too much time to get food in restaurants, I cannot wait 2h everytime just to have a meal

L’hôtel était incroyable comme sur les photos. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil. Nous avons passé un super moment.

nous avons eu une difficulté avec l’hôtel pour réserver une navette pour arriver dans l’établissement. Nous avons dû arriver par nos propres moyens.

« Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable et nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel »

Design de l’hôtel, activités organisées par les animateurs, soirées à thème, catamaran gratuit, disponibilité et amabilité du personnel, l’hôtel était toujours propre et bien entretenu. Le lit était très confortable et l’endroit où se situait l’hôtel était vraiment magnifique

La douche ne fonctionnait pas toujours (pas assez d’eau à certaines heures ou eau froide), la nourriture était trop simple et pas assez variée. Un effort gastronomique peut être fait afin d’améliorer la qualité et variété des mets. Nous n’avons pas aimé le restaurant mar y fuego. Nous aurions aimé que la discothèque reste ouverte jusqu’à un peu plus tard

La chambre confortable et la localisation de l’hôtel plage magnifique

Hôtel à taille humaine placé en bord de mer . Amabilité du personnel du restaurant et de la piscine . Parking à disposition.

Très mauvais accueil de la part de certains membres du personnel de la réception. A notre arrivée à l'entrée au poste de sécurité on nous a refusé l'entrée malgré le fait d'avoir montré la confirmation de reservation et de paiement . L'agent de sécurité a dû negocier avec la reception pour que l'on puisse accéder à l'hôtel. Nous avons patienté de nombreuses minutes . Arrivées à la réception aucune excuses pour cet incident . On nous a attribué une chambre extrêmement humide (chambre 2212) . Les draps étaient trempés par l'humidité. Très inconfortable. Nous avons réclamé à plusieurs reprises un changement de chambre . J'ai bien indiqué que j'avais des problèmes respiratoire (asthme) . L'une des réceptionniste qui était francophone ne tenait pas sa parole . Face à nous elle disait qu'elle ferait le nécessaire mais rien ! elle nous a fait tourner en rond pendant 48h !! Nous remercions Sandy qui a pris la situation en main et qui a été très réactif pour nous attribuer une nouvelle chambre .

« Très satisfaits, beauté du lieu. »

La beauté des lieux et de la flore diversifiée et majestueuse. Petit resort intime. La piscine. Le personnel super souriant et serviable. La chambre. L’accès aux restaurants à la carte et aux serviettes. La propreté. La plage malgré une mer agitée.

L’animation musicale, comme dans tous les tout-inclus ( on aime le silence et les bruits de la nature). Quelque gens du personnels un peu blasés. Pas d’options sans gluten.

Chambre spacieuse, propre, la piscine est très belle et le lieu est sublime. Le personnel du restaurant est très bien, Ariel aussi merci encore. Belles variétés d'excursions proposées par le personnel de Viva S Club.

« Très beau séjour. Hôtel magnifique avec un personnel agréable. »

L'accueil était super, le personnel était très agréable et accueillant, accessible. Le boss Ariel est top merci à lui pour son hospitalité et son professionnalisme. La piscine est sublime, l'ambiance le soir est top, la plage privée est très belle et propre. La chambre est propre et spacieuse. Merci à Ariel au restaurant pour son accueil.

La chambre est un peu vide mais il y a ce qu'il faut. Le buffet peu varié tous les jours mais il reste convenable et bon. Il faut que vos réceptionnistes apprennent l'anglais parce qu'ils étaient peu à nombreux à le pratiquer

«Qualità prezzo ok!»

bellezza del posto sopratutto della spiaggia, la maggior parte del personale cordiale e sorridente (animazione non troppo invadente, un saluto particolare a Federica, Gloria e Chocolate che sono stati stupendi con noi), il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo delle escursioni, il buon cibo sopratutto dei ristoranti, migliorabile (se anche di poco) quello del buffet.

anche se si fa di tutto per cercare di arginarlo, il problema dell'umidità nelle stanze è molto alto (personalmente consiglierei un deumidificatore in ogni stanza). Inoltre nel bar della spiaggia purtroppo c'è sempre un cattivo odore nell'aria (indefinito, forse spazzatura?) Ultima nota dolente: purtroppo all'Hip bar, fin dal primo giorno, non siamo stati ben accolti dal sig. Yoarlin. Purtroppo non è bello sentirsi in difetto quando si va ad ordinare da bere ed essere guardati male quando si chiede semplicemente dell'acqua. Cena romantica: per 80 dollari a persona, sceglierei più accuratamente il vino, piuttosto di servire quello che si da negli altri ristoranti compreso nell'all inclusive. Sopratutto lo spumante.

«Soggiorno fantastico»

L’abbondanza del buffet (colazione, pranzo e cena), il giardino e l’animazione. Si notano gli sforzi intrapresi dal personale della cucina per proporre pietanze buone e variate, per tutti i gusti. Bravi! La sistemazione esterna del giardino è molto bella e curatissima. I ragazzi dell’animazione sono stati fantastici, molto motivati, molto attenti ai clienti e fanno tanti sforzi per rendere le serate piacevoli.

Una parte dello staff non qualificato, in particolare camerieri. Molti di loro professionali e molto attenti, altri improvvisati. Margine di miglioramento. Si spera che i giardinieri ed i ragazzi dell’animazione vengano adeguatamente ricompensati, sono l’anima di questa struttura.
